Private and semi-private
Private and semi-private sessions available on a variety of equipment in studio or online via Zoom. I make it easy to get the expert instruction you need to get the most out of your Pilates practice. Join me in the studio or connect via zoom. Don’t have a partner to work with? No problem! I can pair you up with another individual(s) in the studio or online. I just need to know a little bit about you and your goals.
Group Mat Classes
Group Pilates on the mat is a great place to start and I make it accessible for everyone. Expert cuing, attention to individuals in a group setting and convenient class times with a recording that follows makes Pilates on the mat a great option for beginners and experts alike. Do Pilates whenever and wherever or join us live on Zoom ™ for community connection and support. I make our weekly sessions something you look forward to coming back to again and again. I’m not a box checker, I’m a life changer!
